2016-17 (B.Tech 1st year)To,All the applicants for the admission in B.Tech programme (MAE, ECE, CSE, IT, ICE) of AmitySchool of Engineering & Technology (ASET), New Delhi affiliated to Guru Gobind SinghIndraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi.1. The admission through 2nd round of counseling at GGS IP University is over on 1st August2016. We are having the counseling for management quota for 30 seats in B.Techprogramme.2. We are displaying the merit list on Amity School of Engineering and Technology’s website sothat the applicant for admission through this route keep themselves prepared for thecounseling. We would be having 30 seats to be filled by this counselling. It is to mention thatthe teaching has already commenced on 1st August 2016.3. Counselling at Amity School of Engineering and Technology, 580, Delhi-Palam Vihar Road,Bijwasan, New Delhi – 110061 will be on 5th August, 2016 at 11.00 am.4. Candidates, called for the counselling are required to bring all the documents in originalwhich are required as per GGSIP University admission brochure 2016-17and a draft of Rs.85,000/- (including Rs. 5,000/- as security refundable, fee may be revised by theuniversity) in the name of Amity School of Engineering & Technology. Please do notforget to bring the original admit card (CET 2013). Without the original CET Card andthe draft the admission shall not be given.5. Although we don’t expect, but still we want to be 100% sure, if someone’s name who hadapplied for management quota seat does not appear in the here displayed merit list, mayplease inform us by transmitting the copy of submission of your application withacknowledgement / proof of submission to Ms. surya (Tel: 9899390153 / Email: ipuadmissionhelpline@gmail.com

However, with this notification no further applicationshall be entertained.Caution : If you take admission in management quota counselling at our institute afterdepositing the fess and the original CET card 2016 you shall not be allowedappear in any rounds of counseling if announced by GGS IP University. As per the GGS Indraprastha University Admission Brochure-II (Engineering &B.Arch Programmes) for academic session 2016 2017 candidates once enrolled inthe University at the end of 2nd counselling will not be considered for admissionthrough Management Quota.
