If Qualifying examination is passed from Delhi and Reservation certificate issued fromDelhi for SC/ST/OBC categories, then admission is permissible under Delhi Reservedcategory.2. If Qualifying examination is passed from Outside Delhi and Reservation certificateissued from anywhere in India, including Delhi for SC/ST categories, then admission ispermissible under Outside Delhi Reserved category.3. If qualifying examination is passed from Delhi and Reservation certificate issued fromOutside Delhi for SC/ST categories, then admission is permissible only under DelhiGeneral Category.4. For Institutes in NCR Region (Not in Delhi) All India basis:- If qualifyingexamination is passed from anywhere India and Reservation certificate is issued fromanywhere in India, then admission is permissible under Reserved category, irrespectiveof the region from where certificate has been issued.
